Private History Pub Crawls
Private History Pub Crawls are a great way to explore the history behind modern Saint Paul while also discovering new places to drink and eat (or rediscovering old favorites). They’re also fun and easy—MHS does all the planning, so you don’t have to. Step on the trolley and enjoy a distinctive evening out with your office mates, interest club, professional organization or a group of friends!
Pricing
Private History Pub Crawls are priced by the hour and include the cost of transportation and the time and expertise of two Minnesota Historical Society interpreters. Each tour is scheduled for a minimum of two hours in order to allow sufficient time for tour and pub stops. More time may be added to tours for an additional fee of $300/hour for 20-seat trolley or $450/hour for the 30-seat trolley. A 20-passenger mini-coach is also available.
• 20-passenger trolley = $600 flat fee for two hour minimum
• 30-passenger trolley = $900 flat fee for two hour minimum

Policies
• History Pub Crawls must be scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance of desired tour date.
• History Pub Crawls are available to groups of 15-30 adults.
• Crawls are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings only, except during the summer when only Mondays and Tuesdays are available.
• All History Pub Crawls include two bar stops. All patrons must be age 21 or older and possess a valid picture ID.
• Drinks are purchased separately in order to insure maximum patron choice.
• History Pub Crawls depart from the Minnesota History Center at 345 Kellogg Blvd. W. in St. Paul.
• Free meter parking is available at the History Center for Pub Crawl patrons booked on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Paid parking is available in the History Center lot on Tuesday evenings.
• Checks should be made payable to the Minnesota Historical Society. Payments are due in full the evening of your tour.
• Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to scheduled date will result in payment of penalty equal to 2/3 of original total fee (e.g. $300 penalty for cancellation of 20-passenger trolley)
• In cases of force majeure, when a catastrophic event beyond our control occurs that precludes us from being able to perform according to the above terms (e.g. flooding, ice storm, heavy snow or predicted severe weather) we will notify you promptly and work with you to arrange a convenient alternative.
