Our chefs will share tips, tricks and lore related to Minnesota’s hunting traditions, and you’ll leave with new recipes and techniques for preparing duck, venison and more. With Chef Brian Crouch, and Mike DeCamp, Chef de Cuisine at La Belle Vie restaurant.

Join us for a deep, dark look into the wide world of chocolate with a tempering and molding demo by Brian Conn of Ruby Moon Chocolates, Haute Dish pastry Chef Christian Aldrich preparing a favorite dessert, and a great recipe for mole by Fabulous Catering’s own head chef, Dawn Drouillard.
