Brewing with the Founding Fathers

Sunday, February 13, 2011 - 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Tickets are SOLD OUT for this event.

“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” – attributed to Benjamin Franklin

Our founding fathers were surely beer lovers as were many colonial Americans! In celebration of the History Center's George Washington exhibit, join homebrewer Gera Exire LaTour and cicerone Michael Agnew to learn more about the beers, brewing and food that would might have been familiar to George Washington and (natch) Sam Adams. Samples included. Held at the Minnesota History Center.
