Held at Fabulous Catering, 2900 13th Avenue S., Minneapolis.

Join us for a Minnesota cheese-stravaganza! Ken Liss and staff of Lake Wine & Spirits will demonstrate the art of cheese making, discuss Minnesota cheese and cheese varieties, and lead a guided tasting. Reuben Nilsson of Faribault Dairy gives an overview of the dairy's historic cave aged cheese process and shares samples, while Fabulous Catering chefs present a variety of creative recipes that star Minnesota cheese.
