Always wished you could indulge in local duck or venison but nervous about the secrets of preparing wild meats? Our chefs will share tips, tricks and lore related to Minnesota’s hunting traditions, and you’ll leave with new recipes and techniques for preparing duck, venison and more. With Chef Brian Crouch, Mike DeCamp, Chef de Cuisine at La Belle Vie restaurant, and Mark Tipler, a professional angler and the executive director of Tips Outdoors Foundation.
