Vikings Photo Display

Sept. 24, 2016 - Jan. 15, 2017
"Every game, every season, I shoot approximately 2,000 frames. 40,000 in a year. That doesn’t count practices. Or training camp. Or the offseason. 2016 will be my fifth season with the Vikings. These are nine of my all-time favorite shots." See images taken by Vikings team photographer Andy Kenutis on view in Market House by D'Amico.

Knitting Socials
Celebrate America’s favorite sport by knitting a football-themed scarf with the Scoreboard Knit-Along Project. The concept is simple: Choose a football team to follow, then buy yarn in the team’s two colors. Whenever your team scores, knit one color to represent the points in a corresponding number of rows. When the opponent scores, use the other color to represent their points. Stop by the Minnesota History Center on Oct. 18, Nov. 15 and Dec. 20 to share your progress and meet other knitters!

Vikings Explorers Day
December 17, Noon - 3 pm
Vikings Explorers members will receive a free child admission to the History Center with each paid adult and a special collector's pin by showing their Vikings Explorers Credential. Register for the program online or at the museum on the day of the event. Vikings Explorers is a new youth program offered by the Vikings to provide youth up to 14 years old with the opportunity to explore many of the great attractions Minnesota has to offer.
