Ongoing Activities

Ongoing, regularly scheduled activities are included with admission to the Minnesota History Center. They’re designed to help bring history to life.

History Players

Some of Minnesota history's interesting people have stepped forward in time to share their stories. Some led ordinary lives. Others accomplished extraordinary things. All faced the challenges of their times in history as best they could.

A different character from Minnesota history is portrayed in the exhibits of the Minnesota History Center on weekends and holidays year round.

History HiJinx

Children can create a make-it take-it craft on selected dates throughout the year (included with museum admission.)

Museum Theater

Throughout the year, the Minnesota History Center offers special plays and performances that highlight exhibit stories and themes. Don't miss an opportunity to experience some of the stories, drama and emotions of a different time.
